Reinwood Cross Country team all ran in competition at Salendine Nook High School against other schools in the area.  Everybody did fantastically well and some teams have reached the finals to be held on Wednesday 29th April.  The following teams have qualified for the final:

Year 5 Boys

 

Cerys Jones performed very well finishing 3rd in the Year 6 Girls' race - Well Done to her!

 

The Year 5 and 6 Netball teams took part in a High 5 Netball Competition at Salendine Nook, competing against other schools in the partnership including Lindley, St.Jospehs and Our Lady of Lourdes.  Both teams played really well, with the 'B' team working especially well together to reach the semi-final against St. Josephs.  Unfortunately they were beaten by a 'Golden Goal' in extra time.  Well done to all the children and thanks for all the support. Reinwood Junior have been awarded the Active Mark Standard for providing 2 hours of P.E. to all children, for the number of sports' competitions we enter and for the number of sports' clubs children attend out of school.  This is a joint home/school effort - so KEEP UP THE HARD WORK!
